If, according to your needs, we have to standardize on a specific browser in order to offer specific functionalities, we will make sure you will be properly informed well in advance.

How to connect:

Connect to the Internet and go to our log in page:

Where it writes "Your Name" Enter

Where it writes "Your Password" Enter

Then press "Submit"

You are now in the "Main Menu"

We kindly ask you to enter also your e-mail to facilitate us for such a communication. To enter your e-mail click the referred window, type it, then press "update".

 

As you will notice the system allows you to pass from one menu to the other without to pass through the "main menu".

How to use the AUTOMATIC BOOKING SYSTEM :

Select the Area of your interest:

You must then complete the request form as follows:

  1. Where it writes client it is necessary to enter the family name of your client.

2. Where it writes Departure port it is necessary to define the port of embarkation for this request.

3. Where it writes Arrival port you may define the port of disembarkation for this request, or leave it blank.

If you don’t define it, the system will answer all one-way possibilities from the defined Departure port.

4. Where it writes Start date & End date you must define the dates required for your client, in day-month-year. The system gives you the possibility to define:

Example: You request a yacht for 1 week within May-June. You have to define start date 1/5/00 end date 29/6/00

Or

Start date 2/5/00 end date 30/6/00

  1. Where it writes Number of days it is necessary to enter the length in days of your request despite the difference between the defined start|end date.
  2. Example: 1-8/5 it counts as 7 days.

    Important: 7 days must be defined even if you are searching a week within May-June, par example.

  3. Where it writes General type it is necessary to define the general type of the requested yacht selecting Sailing Yacht or Catamaran or Motor Yacht.
  4. Where it writes Boat type you may define precisely the requested boat type or leave it blank.

  5. Note: If you define it, must not contradict with the "general type" prior defined.

  6. Where it writes Number of Boats required you may define -if you need- more than 1 similar yachts for the same client. (possible up to 4 yachts ).
  7. Where it writes Size from feet | To feet you may enter the minimum-maximum length of requested the yacht, in feet. (Or) If you define the yacht differently leave them blank.
  8. Note: the system allows you a margin of maximum 6 feet of difference.

    If you define only size from feet system calculates automatically 6 feet of

    difference.

    Example : If you enter size from 30 to 37 feet the system is not responding. (correct entry is 30’ to 36’ or 31’ to 37’

  9. Where it writes Number of cabins you may define the number of cabins required (saloon excluded), or if you have define the yacht differently leave it blank.
  10. As you understand, you have three alternatives to define the requested yacht:

    Œ By defined exactly the boat type

    Or

     By entering the size of the boat

    Or

    Ž By defined the number of cabins of the boat.

    Important: If you define more than one from the above alternatives, they must be not contradicting one with the other.

    Example : By entering size 30’ to 36’ and also defined a 4 cabin yacht you will get a false negative reply because a yacht with such data does not exist.

  11. Where it writes Charter Type you must define if your request is for Bareboat or for Flotilla cruise.
  12. Important: For flotillas the system accepts requests only at the preside dates/ports as specified in our annual flotilla program.

  13. Where it writes o Information o Option o Booking you must define the type of your request:
  14. o Information ® searching of availability

    o Option ® for registrating an Option

    o Booking ® for registrating a Booking.

    Important: for the registration of an option or a booking the following data must be precisely defined:

    Ä Departure / Arrival ports

    Ä Start | end dates

    Ä Number of days exactly as the difference between start and end dates

    Ä Boat type

  15. You are now ready to send your request by pressing "Submit".

 

 

 

 

 

J In a positive case the system will answer you:

Ø For Information request:

The availability list of yachts that comply with the data you have requested, including as well for your information, the date and the port of the first booking before and after the dates of your request.

Ø For Option request:

The option required is holding under a specific contract number and the date/time of its automatic expiration (unless confirmed before)

Important : The time mentioned always refers to the Greek local time.

Ø For Booking request :

The booking required is booked under a specific contract number.

Important : If you are holding already the option you don’t need to make a new request. Just transform the option into booking, go to the main menu, select "see options", select the specific one and press "confirm the Option".

Kindly ask you to use this procedure for the cancellation of an option that you don’t need.

(select "see options" in the main menu, select the specific one and press "cancel the Option").

NOTE : In the case you place an option or a booking and the yacht is on option by another agency, the system will inform you about and it will give you the expiration date/time of the existing option, as well as the name of the customer for whom the option is held.

NOTE : In a positive case the system CAN answer to you: ’ A boat is available, but we must optimize our booking plan. Please contact our company with the detail of your request.’ It means that to grant you the booking we must make changes in our booking plan. In this case please contact us with the details of the charter by fax or e-mail.

 

L In a negative case the system will answer you:

That no boat is available and it will inform you that it can try to optimize our charters. Meaning to change bookings between yachts of the same type and/or to move yachts from one base to the other, in order to find the margin to offer you a positive reply)

Then you must define:

Ø both, departure and arrival port

Ø both, departure and arrival date

Ø number of days exactly as the difference between departure and arrival date

Ø Boat type

Here it will be necessary doing several attempts.

Example : If you inquiry a 2 cabin yacht in Greece, you must do 4 attempts by selecting each time a different type, i.e. Gib’Sea 302, 312, Bavaria 31, Bavaria 32H.

Important : Automatic Booking plan optimization is not possible while you inquiry more than one yacht for the same client.

In every attempt of optimizing the booking plan and still there is no boat available for you, the system will ask you to change some of your data requirements.

Very important : We drawn into your attention that for many cases, especially when the yachts are getting nearly fully booked, it’s necessary to apply into an optimization procedure for getting the required availability.

This might takes time and requires various attempts, especially when you have to try various dates and/or ports and/or types, but it ensures you the right availability for your client and certainly it takes less time than the usual fax exchange.

i Please bear in mind that the Optimization procedure is also necessary if the system gives you availabilities that do not satisfy you.

Example : You ask for 3 cabin yacht in Corfu for 1-15/7 and the system give you free only Gib’Sea 352, 362, 392 and you wish to offer something more recent to your client.

Then you have to make new attempts by defined each time the more recent types such as Bavaria 34, 35, 36, 38.

Thanks to the optimization procedure you might find a free yacht of the desired types.

 

 

N O T I C E S

Those limits may increase when necessary.

Turkey departs only from Marmaris, Göcek or Bodrum.

Caribbean departs only from Martinique or St.Lucia, despite the fact, that the system gives you the possibility to select another place as departure port.

Unfortunately this happens because it is necessary for the system to have identified more places as active bases in order to respond positively to the one-way requests.

In case that you wrongly place an option/booking with a different departure port than our official bases, we will cancel it with a notice to you.

 

 

 

When it is necessary to maintain a FAX contact

  1. To confirm with all details and price the bookings.
  2. You must send us your fax confirmation within the next calendar day after the registration in the system. Failing of such confirmation will occur the booking cancellation.

  3. To inform us about any special conditions, extras or requirements of the client. As well as to inform us the crew-list, arrival time etc.
  4. When you need an option prolongation
  5. When you need to modify a booking.
  6. (change of dates, boat type etc.)

  7. When you have a request for less than 6 days length, because despite the availability given we might not allow it.
  8. When you require boats for the year after the next.
  9. When you require more than 4 yachts for the same client.
  10. When you require 2 to 4 yachts for the same client and the system do not find them available.
  11. When you request a charter for more than 59 days length.
  12. When you wish to cancel a booking.
  13. When the program informs you that :’ A boat is available, but we must optimize our booking plan. Please contact our company with the detail of your request.’
  14. When you have an off season request: because despite the availability given by the system the yacht might be not available because of its "winter" maintenance.

  16. When you have the following one - way requests:

Because despite the availability given by the system we might not allow it.

  1. When you have one – way requests for Croatia, because generally the system doesn’t allow one – way availability for this area.
  2. When you have one – way request for more than 2 yachts for the same client, because despite the availability given by the system we might not allow it.
